He completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences; his master’s degrees at Istanbul Technical University Institute of Social Sciences in Economics, and at the University of Exeter Business School in Financial Analysis and Fund Management. He received his PhD from Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences with a thesis on the Effectiveness of Valuation Methods Used in IPOs. He worked at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) as a Senior Auditor in the Auditing Department and as a Senior Expert in the Institutional Investors Department. Later in the private sector, within Boyner Group, he managed at various times the Internal Audit, Risk Management, Sustainability, Budget and Reporting departments. Between 2019-2022 he served as a Board Member of the 30% Club Turkey, in 2022-2024 as a Member of the Impact2030 Impact Council, and in 2019-2024 as a Board Member of Global Compact Turkey. He has been a guest lecturer in programs at Istanbul Technical University, Bilgi University, and Bahçeşehir University. Since August 2024, he has been serving as Co-Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board at Anatolia Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetim Şirketi A.Ş.

He completed his undergraduate education in Economics at Middle East Technical University and his master’s degree in Capital Markets at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences. He worked as an Assistant Expert at the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade and as an Auditor at the Capital Markets Board (CMB) Auditing Department. After his role at Saxo Capital Markets Securities Inc., he has continued as Deputy General Manager at GCM Investment Securities Inc. In addition to this role, since August 2024, he has been serving as a Co-Founder and Board Member at Anatolia Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetim Şirketi A.Ş.

After serving as Corporate Governance and Investor Relations Director at Royal Carpet, he has continued as CFO at Aşkale Cement Inc. In addition to this role, since August 2024, he has been serving as a Co-Founder and Board Member at Anatolia Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetim Şirketi A.Ş.

After his role at Rönesans Holding Inc., he has continued as CFO at Orge Enerji Elektrik Taahhüt Inc. In addition to this role, since August 2024, he has been serving as a Co-Founder and Board Member at Anatolia Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetim Şirketi A.Ş.
